SHIPPING POLICY
1. PROCESSING & HANDLING
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a tracking confirmation email as soon as your package carriers accept the shipment.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight and destination.
* Orders $50.00 and up: FREE Standard Ground Shipping.
* Please note: Free ground shipping applies to standard orders only and cannot be combined with other major promotional codes, or special offers unless specified.
Standard transit delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your destination.
3. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS (LIQUIDS & HAZMAT)
Due to safety regulations surrounding specific ingredients, certain products are restricted to Ground Transportation only. These items cannot be shipped via air transport (expedited) or delivered to P.O. Boxes.
4. DAMAGES & RISK OF LOSS
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon handover to our shipping carriers. SCENTRAL VALLEY is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. Please inspect your delivery immediately and file a claim directly with the carrier if damage occurs.
