SHIPPING POLICY
1. PROCESSING & HANDLING
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a tracking confirmation email as soon as your package carriers accept the shipment.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight and destination.
* Orders $50.00 and up: FREE Standard Ground Shipping.
Standard transit delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your destination. Expedited delivery options are available and calculated at checkout.
3. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS (LIQUIDS & HAZMAT)
Due to safety regulations surrounding specific liquid ingredients, certain products are restricted to Ground Transportation only. These items cannot be shipped via air transport (expedited) or delivered to P.O. Boxes.
4. DAMAGES & RISK OF LOSS
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon handover to our shipping carriers. SCENTRAL VALLEY is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. Please inspect your delivery immediately and file a claim directly with the carrier if damage occurs.
